It is particularly important that the selected components not only individually, but especially in combination with each other, ensure an energetically sound system operation with high user comfort. An important building block is the specially developed multifunctional control system MFR, which monitors the interaction of demand ventilation and temperature control in the individual areas of use. In order to increase energy efficiency, all other important influencing factors - such as window contacts, presence detectors, shading systems or room lighting - can also be flexibly integrated into the multifunctional control system and controlled accordingly. In this way, a closed area is formed in each zone in which all components are optimally coordinated with one another.

The company has already proved its solution competence for energy-efficient climate control in numerous projects for sustainable buildings. In the Green Office Rueil in Paris, for example - a plus energy office complex with a gross area of ​​35,000 m² - more than 1,000 emcovent underfloor ventilation units type UZAS, specially adapted to French market requirements, are used.
